Title : High Resolution Technology in Digital Imaging and its Remote Sensing Applications
Abstract :

Remote Sensing is a remarkable achievement of the last century. High resolution sensing is a vital technology for analyzing digital image characteristics. Particularly in the last 20 years, digital technology has led to the rapid development of the spatial information field. Due to the increasing requirements of industry and government, acquisition of useable high resolution images is an urgent necessity. High resolution can be sub-defined into four parts: spatial resolution, radiant resolution, spectral resolution, temporal resolution. Proposed schemes for each of these using different imaging techniques are described, the design of several prototype systems are presented and experiments to verify their feasibilities are described.
