Notes:
*One regular submission paper must cover FIVE pages at least.
*To guarantee the high quality and standard of this conference, the conferences' accepted rate will be strictly controlled lesser than 40%.
*The submission papers' scope must be included in the conference TOPICS.

Steps after receiving the acceptance letter：

Sept 1: Please modify your paper according to the suggestions from the experts and upload the modified version by following the standard template of IET format.
Sept 2: Please make a remittance.
Sept 3: Please sign the IET Copyright Transfer Agreement (PDF format). Scan and save these two pages as a PDF file then upload the PDF file and the certification of remittance ASAP.
Sept 4: After confirming the remittance, the Organization Committee will check and review the format of your paper. The confirmative version will be uploaded online within 14 days.
Sept 5: Please download the confirmative version, and check the correctness of your paper. Please notice that do not change the format of your paper. The final paper need to be upload before the deadline date, even if you do not want to change anything.
The title and the order of author’s name on the IET Copyright need to be consistent with your final paper.
Any modification will not be permitted after the final paper have been delivered to the conference.
