Notes:
*One regular submission paper must cover FIVE pages at least.
*To guarantee the high quality and standard of this conference, the conferences' accepted rate will be strictly controlled lesser than 40%.
*The submission papers' scope must be included in the conference TOPICS.

Steps after receiving the acceptance letter：

Step 1: Please modify your paper according to the suggestion of the experts and the template of the IET format strictly. Then upload the modified version.
Step 2: Please make a remittance as soon as possible.
Step 3: Printing and Signing the IET Copyright Transfer Agreement paper (PDF format). You should scan these two pages to save as one Pdf file. Then upload the PDF file and the certification of remittance online as soon as possible.
Step 4: After confirming the remittance, the Organization Committee will check and adjust the format of your paper. The confirmative version will be uploaded online in two weeks.
Step 5: Please download the confirmative version, and check the correctness of your paper, but do not change the format of your paper. Finally, you must upload your final paper online, even if you have not changed anything of your paper.
Your paper title and the order of author's names on the IET Copyright must be consistent with which on your final paper.
Any modification was not permitted after your final paper delivering to the conference.
