Test and Debug

Test your program severely and thoroughly. If possible, co-operate on this with another person in the class, if that person is at the same stage: temporarily swap machines, and each test the other's program. If this is not possible, just try to be as severe in your own testing as you can.

More likely than not, this testing will reveal continuing problems with the program. Try to understand what is causing these problems, and fix them. If all else fails, ask the demonstrator for help. Do not go past this stage unless the program has behaved correctly under a wide variety of tests.
