Next you are required to enhance the basic program (rename it at this stage, to avoid overwriting your first program!). This enhanced program should calculate the total number of all alphabetic characters read, and output, for each character, both the actual number of times it occurred, and the percentage this represents of the total number of alphabetic characters encountered.

Again, test and document the program carefully.
