Regulations

This test takes place under the full University Examination Regulations. Note the following particular points in relation to breaches of the Examination Regulations:

8.6  A candidate found to be in breach of Examination Regulations
     may have all written examinations of that diet declared void.
     Such candidates may not be permitted to re-present for that
     diet of examinations until one year has elapsed.

8.7  Any candidate disqualified because of infringement of exam
     regulations might not subsequently be eligible for
     consideration for an award with honours, credit or
     distinction.

8.8  Other forms of assessment undertaken in that academic year
     may also be declared void if this is considered appropriate
     or necessary.

8.9  In addition to its recommendation(s) to the Board of
     Examiners, the Disciplinary Committee may, at its discretion,
     impose other sanctions.
