Biography I joined Software Research Centre, Athlone Institute of Technology, Athlone, Ireland for my PhD dissertation research work in multimedia transmission area in 2007. I am under the supervision of Dr Gabriel-Miro Muntean. Before I came to Ireland, I worked at Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISCAS) where I held roles as a software engineer and project manager in the R&D area of network, multimedia transmission protocols and products. My research interests include peer-to-peer multimedia streaming, innovative transport Layer protocols, multimedia transmission over wired/wireless networks.
